Flood-Hit Residents Set for More Heavy Rain

The village of Ballater is just starting the clean-up, after many homes were devastated by last week's floods. The area is one of 24 in Eastern Scotland under an official Flood Warning meaning dangerously rising water levels are likely. The idea is to divert any rising water away from the houses back towards the river again.
