First case dropped since forensic science blunders as CPS says it cannot proceed against drug driver following intervention from 'Mr Loophole'

The first case linked to allegations of a forensic science blunder has been dropped after the CPS said it cannot proceed against a drug driver.It was revealed hundreds of criminal cases may be reviewed after two scientists, aged 47 and 31, at Randox Testing Services (RTS) in Manchester were arrested.Police use RTS to analyse prosecution samples but there were fears that more than 484 test results might be unreliable.  Questions have been raised over the alleged deliberate manipulation
