Fifth British IS Fighter Hit With UN Sanctions

A fifth Briton who joined Islamic State has been hit with United Nations sanctions. Aseel Muthana, who left Cardiff for Syria in February 2014, joins his brother Nasser on the list . It went on: "Aseel Muthana has confirmed via social media that he is a member of ISIL (IS) and is working to 'spread the khilafaa (caliphate) in the Arab lands'.
