Ex-Rangers Owner And Chief Executive Arrested

Police investigating alleged fraud in connection with the acquisition of Rangers Football Club have arrested three men. The suspects include Craig Whyte, 44, who took over the Scottish club in 2011. Also arrested is ex-chief executive Charles Green, 62, who led a consortium which bought the club's assets in 2012 following Rangers' liquidation.
