Night-stalker rapist Clive Howard, who admitted attacking at least six women, has been jailed for a minimum of 10 years and three months. The 57-year-old, from Stowmarket, Suffolk, attacked the women in Norfolk, Suffolk and Cambridge over a span of nearly three decades.
