Elba: Ford Dagenham More Diverse Than TV

Idris Elba claims there is more opportunity and diversity at the car plant he used to work at in Dagenham than on British TV. On life before acting, Elba added: "My dad worked in a car factory, so before I could get any work as an actor, I ended up doing night shifts at Dagenham.
