Drivers Warned Of More Floods Amid Heavy Rain

More flooding is expected in northern England as scores of warnings are in place and heavy rain continues to fall. There have been reports of localised flooding in North and West Yorkshire as well as in Northumberland. In Cumbria, people have been told to drive "only if absolutely necessary".
