Double Killer From Albania Loses Extradition Fight

A double killer from Albania who posed as a Kosovan refugee to enter the UK is facing extradition back to his native country. Father-of-four Avni Metra, 53, came to Britain in 1998, a year after carrying out the brutal murder of two brothers. Metra, who claimed he had originally fled the country because his life was in danger, also argued he had a right to a private and personal life in the UK.
