Deepcut barracks: New inquest ordered into death of Private Sean Benton

A new inquest into the death of a young soldier at Deepcut barracks can take place, a High Court judge has ruled. Private Sean Benton was found with five bullet wounds to his chest in June 1995 while undergoing training at the army base in Surrey. Pte Benton's medical and mental health records were not obtained and no evidence was sought or given about his experiences at Deepcut.
