Deadly crash caused by lorry driver using phone caught on dashcam

A Polish lorry driver used his phone to change his music moments before he killed a 21-year-old woman by ploughing into her broken down car.Dariusz Tokarczyk was jailed for four-and-a-half years yesterday for killing "clever and artistic" Jodie Moss.Dash cam footage from Tokarczyk lorry played to a judge at Reading Crown Court, showing him using his phone as he approached the point where Miss Moss's car had broken down.
