Dad 'Hostile' With Police Over Daughter's Death

A man accused of murdering his daughter became aggressive and said he was a victim of a "miscarriage of justice" when police tried to ask him how she died, a court heard. Ben Butler, 36, allegedly became "hostile" and told one officer to "f*** off" after six-year-old Ellie Butler was pronounced dead at hospital. Butler and his partner, Jennie Gray, were said to be reluctant to talk when police turned up at St George's in Tooting.
