Cumbria Flood Victims Rally For Christmas

Dozens of families have been forced out of their houses into either temporary accommodation, or into the homes of friends and family. Others, like Sue Armstrong in Carlisle, have chosen to stay in their own water damaged properties on Christmas Day. Ms Armstrong lives on Warwick Street in Carlisle, one of the worst affected areas.
