Croydon tram crash: Five dead and 51 hurt in derailment

Five people have been confirmed to have died after a tram came off rails in south London. The driver of the tram was arrested after emergency services had to free several people who were trapped and took more than 50 to hospital. The two-car vehicle tipped over as it went into a tunnel near the Sandilands tram stop, in east Croydon.
