CPS reviews Poppi Worthington abuse case

The Crown Prosecution Service is considering whether there is enough evidence for a prosecution over the death of 13-month-old Poppi Worthington. Mr Worthington has repeatedly denied any wrongdoing. After the family court ruling, the CPS reviewed the case but in July concluded there was insufficient evidence to provide a realistic prospect of conviction.
