CPS Confirms New Challenge To Sir Cliff Decision
A second challenge to the decision not to charge Sir Cliff Richard over alleged sex offences has been received by the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS). The CPS said in June that there was "insufficient evidence to prosecute" Sir Cliff over sexual offences alleged by four men. Last month the CPS said one of the 75-year-old singer's accusers had lodged a challenge to the decision not to charge Sir Cliff under the victims' right to review scheme.
