Corbyn sacks Owen Smith over second EU referendum call

Shadow Northern Ireland Secretary Owen Smith has been sacked by Jeremy Corbyn over his call for a second EU referendum.Mr Smith sent a defiant tweet, saying: "Just been sacked by @jeremycorbyn for my long held views on the damage #Brexit will do to the Good Friday Agreement & the economy of the entire U.K.Mr Smith set out his view on a second referendum in an interview with the Guardian.
