Corbyn Could Confront China At Palace Banquet
Jeremy Corbyn could confront Chinese officials over their country's human rights record at a Buckingham Palace state banquet to honour China's president. The Labour leader will try to secure meetings with Beijing officials during the visit of Xi Jingping next week, although it is not clear whether Mr Corbyn will seek an audience with the president himself. Mr Corbyn's spokesman said: "He will be raising issues about human rights next week.
