Comedian Rory McGrath pleads guilty to harassment
Comedian Rory McGrath has pleaded guilty to one count of harassment after being accused of stalking a married woman he had previously been having an affair with. McGrath, who had been due to stand trial today, has been given a ten week prison sentence suspended for 18 months. The court also heard that McGrath, who lives in Cambridge, had contacted the woman's husband at work by pretending to be someone else, asking him how it felt to be a "laughing stock".
