Charter Flight For Syrian Refugees Lands In UK

A charter flight carrying around 100 Syrian refugees has landed in Glasgow in a "landmark moment" for a Government resettlement scheme. It came after reports at least one of the bombers in last Friday's attacks may have entered Europe through Greece posing as a refugee from Syria. The new arrivals in Scotland - around 15 families - are all from camps surrounding Syria and will be given five-year visas.
