Cameron rules out second EU referendum if UK votes to leave - aide

Britain will not hold a second "In-Out" vote on its membership of the European Union if the public opt to leave the bloc at a referendum due by the end of 2017, a senior aide to Prime Minister David Cameron said on Sunday. Some in the 'out' camp, including Vote Leave campaign director Dominic Cummings, have suggested that if Britain votes to quit the EU it could be used as a bargaining tool to get more concessions from Brussels ahead of another referendum, or a vote on the terms of the exit.
