Cameron Back At EU Summit To Try For Deal

David Cameron has said he will "only do a deal if we get what Britain needs" as he arrived for more talks on his EU reforms. As leaders reconvened for the second day of the European Council summit, the Prime Minister pledged he would not accept a watered-down agreement which did not meet his demands. Mr Cameron spent the early hours of Friday morning in a series of bilateral meetings trying to bridge divides on four areas of his negotiation.
