Builder Daniel Neagu admits wrecking new homes worth £4m with digger
A builder has admitted using a digger to wreck five newly-built retirement homes worth a total of about £4m.Daniel Neagu had originally denied a charge of criminal damage at St Albans Crown Court after the houses were ruined in Buntingford, Hertfordshire last August.The bungalows were worth about £800,000 each and were due to be occupied by their new owners within weeks when the incident happened.
