Brexit: Supreme Court to rule on Article 50 case

The Supreme Court is to deliver its long awaited judgment on whether ministers or Parliament have the power to start the Brexit process. In what is being seen as the most significant constitutional case in decades, the 11 justices will decide if the Prime Minister can use inherited prerogative powers to trigger Article 50 - the formal mechanism for leaving the EU - without consulting Parliament.
