Boris Johnson in 2013 when he could be bothered to oppose Heathrow expansion.Last week I made fun of the lengths to which Boris Johnson might go to avoid the Heathrow airport expansion vote.It must be somewhere the British media had a limited presence so there would be no chance of any embarrassing questions or photo opportunities.
