Bin Lorry Crash Driver Facing New Legal Action

Relatives of Erin McQuade, who died along with her grandparents Jack and Lorraine Sweeney, have lodged a criminal bill of letters with Scotland's Lord Advocate. It is the first legal step in their efforts to secure a conviction against the bin lorry driver, Harry Clarke. The Lord Advocate Frank Mulholland has consistently said there is insufficient evidence to prosecute Mr Clarke and it is thought he will maintain that stance.
