Barclays Suffers Payday Banking Glitch

Barclays customers have experienced problems with mobile banking and debit card payments in an apparent IT glitch. The bank took to its @BarclaysUKHelp Twitter account this afternoon to admit : "Some customers are experiencing technical issues affecting our website, mobile banking & debit card usage. Barclays was responding to a growing number of complaints via social media but it is not known how widespread the issues were felt.
