AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile win $994 million U.S. defence contract -Pentagon

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - AT&T Inc, Verizon Communications Inc and T-Mobile US Inc are being awarded a U.S. defence contract worth $199 mln for wireless services and devices, the Pentagon said on Monday.
