'Significant' fire at self-storage warehouse in Croydon

Ten fire engines and 70 firefighters were still at the scene of a fire at a self-storage warehouse in Croydon on Tuesday morning.London Fire Brigade said crews were called to the site in Purley Way shortly before 7.50pm on New Year's Eve.At the height of the fire, the whole of the four-storey building was alight, with 20 fire engines and around 120 firefighters in attendance.
