'Senseless': Karl Marx memorial vandalised for second time in two weeks

The grave, which is popular with tourists at Highgate Cemetery, was also attacked with a hammer on 4 February.The charity which runs the cemetery said at the time that the Grade I-listed memorial was subject to a "deliberate and sustained attack" and "will never be the same again".Maxwell Blowfield, who visited the cemetery on Saturday morning with his mother, said the damage was "shocking" to see.
