Captain Stephen Woodhouse could not stand the way the dog next door kept yapping, so he drowned her in a bucket of water. “I reached my wits’ end,” the 52-year-old airline pilot told police. “All I could think of was that the noise had to stop. It was driving me bloody mad.”
