UPDATE 2-France's Fabius leaves office, wider reshuffle due

PARIS, Feb 10 (Reuters) - French Foreign Minister Laurent Fabius announced on Wednesday he was leaving the government ahead of a wider reshuffle that President Francois Hollande hopes can help bolster his chances for the 2017 presidential elections.
