TalkTalk keeps sending us someone else’s letters

The company sends letters and parcels for a ‘Miss Gray’ and we are worried this might be a scamPlease help us with a problem with TalkTalk. We have received a number of letters and packages addressed to a “Miss Gray”, which we have returned unopened. As we belong to a vulnerable age group, we are wary of anything that seems to be taking advantage. We cannot be sure our address is being used to deceive or that it is an offence, but it is an intrusion which causes anxiety,
