Pound LIVE: Sterling UP as Hammond says 'constructive' Brexit talks taking place

THE pound is having a good day and is up by 0.41 percent against the euro to 1.164 and is up 0.32 percent to 1.3994 against the dollar. At the same time Chancellor Philip Hammond has reported "constructive" Brexit talks.
