My £130 parcel from Uniqlo went missing and I can’t get an answer

I’ve tried to contact them but can’t find a customer service phone number on the website and they don’t reply to my emailsIn September I ordered clothes costing nearly £130 from Uniqlo, intending to try some on and return any that didn’t fit. I was sent a tracking number for the parcel and told it would be delivered by Hermes.
