House prices in London have recorded their first annual fall in nearly a decade, according to government figures showing gains in every other region across the country.In the latest sign that the property market in the capital is slowing down, figures from the Office for National Statistics show the average price of a home in London fell by almost £5,000 over the 12 months to February.Continue
