Frozen out of using Iceland by threat of a parking ticket

The supermarket uses the same car park as enforcement company Smart Parking, and I’ve erroneously been chargedI have been sent three penalty charge notices from the private parking enforcement company Smart Parking. The issue is that its car park and that of the Iceland frozen food store in Carlisle share the same entrance.
