Signify appoints Nico van der Merwe as CEO for the UK and Ireland

Signify has appointed Nico van der Merwe as Chief Executive Officer for Signify UK and Ireland, starting 1 February 2023. Nico joins Signify from Schneider Electric, where he spent 15 years in various roles, most recently as Vice President for Home and Distribution, UK and Ireland.
Nico has two decades of experience in international business and leading strategic business transformations. He started his career in Sub-Saharan Africa, where he worked in sales, marketing and general management role
