Marley adds new EV charger to renewable system solutions

With Part S of the Building Regulations outlining all newly constructed homes in England must include electric vehicle (EV) charging points, Marley has enhanced its growing renewable energy portfolio with the introduction of a Marley electric vehicle charger.
Effective from June 2023, Part S mandates that housebuilders and developers must include electric vehicle charging points when constructing new build homes comprised of 10 or more dwellings, which include onsite or associated parking spaces
