Daniel Owen is currently seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Commercial Property Management Surveyor to join our client's bespoke property management firm in East London.
Key Responsibilities:Oversee all aspects of property management, including service charges, landlord & tenant matters, health and safety compliance, and daily operations.
Conduct regular inspections across a diverse portfolio of commercial properties in London and throughout
