Daniel Owen are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager for a National House Builder.
Will be working on a new build homes in the north eastThis role will be on a permenant basis
The successful candidate will have experience in taking plots to completion.
Must have previous residential experience.Roles & ResponsibilitiesMotivate & manage the site staff & labour

Conform to Building Regulations
Liaison with the NHBC/LABC
Site Inductions
Maintaining Site Rec
