Part Time Repairs PlannerBased in ThameMAX 30 HOURS PER WEEK - SPREAD ACROSS MONDAY TO FRIDAYThe Repairs Planner will coordinate appointments for residents, operatives and contractors, manage the daily repairs programme, and ensure that repairs are correctly prioritised and communicated. The role will contribute to delivering a high-quality repairs service that meets the needs of residents and supports the organisation's regulatory, contractual and performance requirements.
