My client, a fantastic independent Estate Agent based in Belsize Park are looking for a Junior Sales and Lettings Negotiator to join there team! This is a great entry level role into estate agency!Duties/Functions of the role:Registering new applicants.
Managing & maintaining strong relationships with both landlords, vendors, potential tenants & potential buyers
Arranging and conducting viewings.
Recording, negotiating and presenting qualified offers.
