Housing Property Compliance Manager

Dutton Recruitment are seeking a Housing Property Compliance Manager for work with a local authority, based in South Yorkshire.
The postholder will manage a team of compliance officers and surveyors ensuring we maintain compliance in statutory landlord compliance areas such as gas safety, electrical safety, water safety, asbestos, fire safety, damp and mould and lift maintenance.
