Homeownership Services OfficerFixed Term Contract until 31st March 2027 ( strong possibilty of extension)Key requirements:Experience managing homeownership and residential property transactions - min 3-5 years, ideally within a Housing Association, Local Authority, developer, managing agent, or similar environment.
Strong working knowledge of shared ownership resales, staircasing, lease extensions, remortgages, Right to Buy, Right to Acquire, transfers of equity, probate cases, and repossessions
