Groundwork Drainage Ganger/Team Leader

McGinley are seeking an experienced and skilled Drainage Working Ganger to lead a team of drainage operatives on a long term housing project in Edmonton. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in drainage works, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities:Oversee and manage a team of operatives in drainage installation, maintenance, and repair works.
Conduct daily briefings, ensuring all team members understand the tasks and safety protoco
