Electrical Technical Officer

Dutton Recruitment are currently seeking an Electrical Technical Officer, for a 6-Month contract based in Rotherham, South Yorkshire.
The remit of the service includes: ensuring that the housing stock is well-maintained, safe, and fully compliant with all current regulations (e.g. gas, asbestos, fire safety etc), managing void properties and working closely with our contract partners to effectively deliver a repairs and maintenance service, including extensive investment and refurbishment scheme
