I'm currently recruiting for a senior Design & Change Programme Lead to join a Local Authority and lead a major organisational restructure within its Responsive Repairs service.
The programme will impact 300+ employees across a Direct Labour Organisation (DLO), making this a high-profile role requiring someone with strong experience across organisation design
