Job Title: Contracts Manager - Roofing
Location: DublinSalary: Neg DoeContracts Manager required for a Roofing Contractor. Experience in cladding, rainscreen and flat roofing is an advantage.
Manage all site resources both direct employees and sub-contract labour of up to 50-60 people across various projects nationwide
Liaise with main contractor site management regarding labour requirements for each project and schedule the required resources
Agree and implement work programmes for each project
