Construction Site Operative

McGinley are seeking a Construction Site Operative with experience in excavation, minor drainage, and groundwork to join our team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in laying granular Type 1 sub-base, installing underground traffic signal ducting and sockets, and working safely around underground utilities. This is a hands-on role that requires precision, safety awareness, and teamwork to ensure high-quality project delivery.
