The Momentum Group expands south

North West property services company, The Momentum Group, has been appointed by real estate investment manager, Redevco, to deliver property management services for the White Lion Walk Shopping Centre in Guildford.
The 48,000 sq ft shopping centre will be managed by The Momentum Group’s Property Management team – Momentum Manage – and follows the completion of a number of successful projects for Redevco by the Group’s Manage, Build and Maintain divisions.
